Buen finde! Dozens of artists and designers open their doors across this Valencia weekend for Obert Estudis and Valencia Design Week. Alongside it, Bombas Gens launches its digital arts festival, Meida Server Sessions. There is also plenty of live music around the city.
Visual Art & exhibitions
Obert Estudis brings Valencia’s artist studios and design spaces to the public from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 June, citywide. Drop in anytime between 11am–3pm or 6pm–9pm — no booking required, and entry is free. The full map of participating studios is the best place to plan your route.

Media Server Sessions opens its second edition at Bombas Gens in La Saïdia from Wednesday 11 June, with international artists from Japan, Germany, and Iceland among the participants. The hangar-like space suits the kind of immersive digital work on show. Tickets required.

Music & Performance
The Aggrolites, the Los Angeles reggae-soul group, play 16 Toneladas in La Saïdia on Thursday 11 June. Tickets required.
The Medieval Music Festival takes place at the Iglesia de San Juan del Hospital in Ciutat Vella on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June — medieval repertoire performed on historically reproduced instruments in a fittingly historic setting. Tickets required.
Tarde Electronic moves outdoors to Parque de Cabecera in Campanar on Saturday 13 June for an open-air session with local DJs. Tickets required.
The Ram Sessions Jazz series continues at La Rambleta in San Marcelino on Sunday 14 June, this time with Iranian-German duo Kiumars & Eduard. Tickets required.

Food & gastronomy
Champions Burger is on at Mestalla Stadium through 29 June — burgers, live music, and Valencia CF’s home ground as the setting. Family-friendly and no booking required, though tickets are needed on the door.

Community Calendar
We’re All Mad Here is a free collaborative installation at Mercado El Grao in El Grao, running through Saturday 13 June. Five artists have reframed Alice in Wonderland’s journey through the lens of contemporary displacement, using abstract visual art, ceramics, and floral sculpture. No booking needed.
The Local Air Studio in Torrefiel is running gel plate printing and collage workshops on various dates in June and July — €15 including materials. Booking required; details via the studio directly.
