UPDATE: Valencia is slowly recovering but there is still a lot that needs to be done. In many affected areas, streets still haven’t been completely cleared. Power and water supply is also intermittent in some places. Below are some of the best ways to connect with ongoing volunteer and donation efforts.
Connecting Directly with Those Impacted
Ajuda Dana s a highly efficient platform for coordinating direct assistance. Residents can post specific needs—such as water pumps, cleaning services, essential supplies, and more—enabling volunteers to see precisely where their help is needed. Volunteers register their availability and preferred work areas. Coordination meetings are held daily at 10:00 AM in designated locations within each affected town to streamline efforts and ensure aid reaches those in need as quickly as possible.
Zubi Help: Coordinated Flood Relief Aid
Zubi Help, part of the Zubi Group, is actively coordinating flood relief aid and volunteer efforts across affected areas. Each day, Zubi Help posts a list of urgently needed supplies, including items like protective gear, water pumps, and pressure cleaners. You can donate and deliver supplies or volunteer to help with their teams.

Centralized Information on Volunteer Efforts
Flood Relief Volunteer & Charity Guide
This Google Doc is a centralized, continually updated resource listing active volunteer and charity efforts, including food donations, community clean-ups, and support for animal shelters. It also contains valuable tips on navigating affected areas. Contact information for various organizations is included, allowing volunteers to connect with established groups and focus their efforts where they’re needed most.
Pet and Animal Rescue
Sporting Benimaclet is providing shelter for a number of pets and animals rescued from the recent floods. Volunteer veterinarians are on-site to ensure the animals receive proper care, and efforts are underway to reunite pets with their owners. However, foster homes are urgently needed for pets that remain unclaimed. If you’re able to provide temporary shelter, a commitment of at least four months is required. In addition, Sporting Benimaclet is accepting donations of pet food and other animal care supplies
Crowdsourced Car Recovery
Finding Lost Vehicles Many residents’ cars were swept away by floodwaters, leaving their locations uncertain. Tu Coche Dana uses crowdsourced information to track and identify displaced vehicles. This innovative effort has already helped some residents recover their vehicles, giving them one less thing to worry about as they rebuild.
