A Big Thank You — and What’s Next for Pont de Valencia
Our very first Pont de Valencia members’ event was a success! Thank you to everyone who came and shared ideas for how this community can grow. That feedback has inspired several exciting updates coming to the site:
- Families & Kids Weekly Post: A new regular feature with tips, events, and stories for families navigating life in Valencia.
- Community Member Spotlight: Another new feature, regularly spotlighting community members — sharing their story, projects, and favorite local places.
- City Calendar Updates: With so much happening in Valencia, the calendar will focus on highlighting citywide and free community events, as well as member-hosted activities for now. We’re also exploring ways to integrate an expanded calendar soon.
- Upgraded Business Directory: We’re also working on building an expanded city directory that’s useful for getting hard-to-find items and services around town.
This first gathering marks the beginning of a quarterly series of community meetups to connect in person. Keep an eye out for our next event early in the new year!
