  1. My friend Mandy, who lives in Valencia, sent me a link to your website. My husband Tom and I arrive this September 15th, and plan to live in Valencia 2 or more years. I would say my Spanish speaking skills are intermediate, so I will be looking for a program to keep improving my skills. I am very interested in drawing and painting and would like a place to create art and take some classes. I play volleyball now on a regular basis and hope to find a game somewhere.

    1. Hola! Thanks for reading Pont de Valencia. It sounds like you are preparing well for the move! Valencia has a flourishing arts culture, with plenty of drawing and painting workshops across the city. If you know where you will live, I would investigate studios in your neighborhood. The city also has great sports facilities. Beach volleyball is getting very popular. It’s easy to sign up for games or book courts. https://beachbol.com/ You can also tap into the Pont de Valencia WhatsApp Community. A lot of members post art workshops and meetups there. Good luck with your move!
